Picketers of Presidential Administration to Be Tried

At 9.30 a.m. on September 19 in Miensk city police department (Karl Marx Street, 30) there will start trial of Hieorhi Salamianik, Mikhail Tarasiuk and Zmitser Filipovich, detained on September 16 for holding the poster “Lukashenka, three years have passed. Where are Hanchar and Krasouski?” near the building of the Presidential administration.

On September 18 the picket participants applied to PA HRC “Viasna”. In his application Hieorhi Salamianik wrote: “The picket started at 3.10 p.m. and ended at 4 p.m. with our detention. The police drew reports of detention for misdemeanor. He judge appointed the trial on September 19. That’s why we apply to you, asking to help us at the trial.”
