04.10.2012 Mahiliou: election commission turns down another appeal against turnover overstatement
The Mahiliou-Central constituency election commission #85 turned down an appeal of a former candidate for the Parliament, activist of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party (Hramada) Anastasiya Voitava, who argued that the observers' assessments of the turnout didn't match with that announced by the commission and therefore asked to recognize the election at the constituency as invalid.
04.10.2012 Baranavichy: picket for the free travel for schoolchildren banned as well
On 3 October Baranavichy entrepreneur and civil activist Mikalai Charnavus received an answer from the deputy head of the Baranavichy City Executive Committe Dz. Kastsiukevich, where it is stated that his picket would not be authorized.
04.10.2012 Brest authorities ban a picket for decent work
Brest representatives of the Trade Union of Radio Electronic Industry applied to the Brest authorities with the request to authorize a picket by which they intended to mark the World Day for Decent Work.
