According to the available information, the prisoner was transferred to the penal colony on 5 June, but his family learnt this only a week after. As BelaPAN reports, Uladzimir Asipenka, convicted in the case of Vaukavysk entrepreneurs, has been transferred from a detention facility in Minsk to a penal colony in Ivatsevichy (the Brest region) for serving his term.

The OSCE conference on the occsaion of the 20th anniversary of signing of the Copenhagen Document takes place in Copenhagen on 10-11 June. Ales Bialiatski, Chairperson of the Human Rights Center Viasna and Vice-President of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), was invited there to represent Belarusian NGOs. An official delegation from Belarus takes part in the conference as well.

According to him, this accusation is stated in the act of examination of the territory of the church that was passed to the believers on 9 June. The Homel human rights defender received an answer from the Constitutional Court to the application that had been submitted by him and Anatol Paplauny.
