On 8 November the deputy chairman of the United Civil Party Vasil Paliakou was summonsed to the Navabelitski District Police Department in Homel. There he was charged with organizing an unauthorized mass procession (Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code).

Raman Pratasevich was detained during the trial of another “YF” activist, Dzmitry Dashkevich on 6 November. He was subsequently taken to the center for the isolation of offenders in Akrestsin Street in Minsk and kept there for two days, as far as the courts didn't work on 7 November, a state holiday.

Since 10 a.m. the deputy head of the United Civil Party Vasil Paliakou has been at the office of the head of the public order bureau of the Navabelitski District Police Department of Homel, Henadz Khilkevich. He has received charges of violating the order of organizing and holding mass events.

An activist of the organizing committee of the Belarusian Christian Democracy Ales Kutasau, who asked the driver of the bus “Kalodzishchy-Minsk” to remove the flag of the Russian Federation from the front window,” was detained in Minsk.

Mikalai Zalozny, an activist of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party (Hramada), received a summons from Leninski District Court, saying that on 24 October, 2013 Judge Yulia Trapynina will consider eviction of the activist from the hostel he currently lives in without being given alternative accommodation.

A photo of Artsiom Dubski on the wanted list appeared in his native town, Asipovichy. He doesn't know the reasons for it. “I wonder, what have I done during my two-year absence from Belarus?” The younster hasn't lived in Belarus for two years and doesn't know the reasons for such a step of the authorities.
08.10.2013 Court finds UCP activist Dzianis Rabianok guilty by refrains from punishment
On 7 October the trial of the activist of the United Civil Party Dzianis Rabianok came to an end in the town of Kalinkavichy. According to the court ruling, Mr. Rabianok was found guilty of violating article 9.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Nevertheless, the administrative proceedings against him were dropped due to the expiry of the legal terms of bringing to administrative responsibility.
