Anisiya Kazliuk
Anisiya Kazliuk, an activist of the volunteer service of the Human Rights Center "Viasna", was detained by border guards as she was returning from Lithuania in the evening of October 22.
Kazliuk was held after attending the 4th Belarusian Human Rights Forum in Vilnius. The border guards searched the activist’s baggage and questioned her about her trip to Vilnius.
The activist was targeted after on September 26 police raided the apartments of several activists, including an apartment rented by Anisiya Kazliuk.
