The police detained a youngster with a white-red-white flag after the end of the spontaneous protest action near the Red Church in Minsk (Niezaliežnasci Square).
The name of the detainee is Ryhor Skarabneuski. He was given charges under Art. 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences, participation in unauthorized mass event. The police detained him despite the interference of other participants of the protest actions and journalists.
The detainee was taken to a rout taxi “Sukharava-Puškinskaja” with the number shields 7тах2767, but later was let go.
