The entrepreneur got very upset when Hrodna panel of judges reversed the decision of Vaŭkavysk District Court of July 17, by which the request of the police to extend the preventive supervision over him was denied.
“I got a very high blood pressure. Yesterday, I got very anxious with all these judges, because it was impossible to bear such a groundless verdict. Today I came to my work and felt bad. I started vomiting, my head ached, and the director called an ambulance. Now I am lying in hospital, my lawyer went to the court, and I don't know what will be then. I think they can consider the case even in my absence, such variants are possible in this country,” said Mr. Autukhovich to “Nasha Niva”.
At 11.30 a.m. on August 6 Vaŭkavysk District Court was to have reconsidered the request to extend the preventive supervision over Mikalai Autukhovich. This became possible after yesterday's decision the board of Hrodna Regional Court. Today is the day when the term of preventive supervision over Mikalai Autukhovich ends. As said by him, the authorities are therefore trying to conduct this trial by any means so that the term of preventive supervision would be extended.
