Mikaševičy: Administrative resources abused when collecting signatures for Lukashenka
The employees of the Mikaševičy-based hospital have been involved in using the administrative resource when collecting signatures in support of presidential candidate Aliaksandr Lukashenka during working hours. This was reported on July 30 to local member of the Belarusian Social Democratic party (Hramada) Vital Kalinouski by employees of the medical institution, who did not want to disclose their names:
“The nurses came up and said: ‘We were all summoned to the head physician with our passports and he poked a paper in our faces: “Sign it!” They made us sign for the nomination of Lukashenka.”
The initiative of collecting signatures most likely comes from Andrei Haniseuski, head of the hospital.
Vital Kalinouski says that similar compelling is faced by employees of the Granite enterprise. They are also invited to the manager’s office with their passports, where they are forced to sign for Aliaksandr Lukashenka.
