Representatives of the Hrodna city branch of the Party Belarusian Popular Front have filed two applications to the Hrodna City Executive Committee.
One of them is for getting a permission to an informational picket on March 26 at the central city park named after Zhyliber, the other – for a picket in a more remote Kalozhski park on March 22. Both appeals are signed by the head of the city BPF organization Vadzim Saranchukou.
Let us remind that Hrodna authorities haven't authorized any mass events held by representatives of social or political movements for more than ten years already. Those who try to hold such events athwart the bans are detained and punished.
