Anton studies in Poland, that's why the appropriate sitting of the juvenile commission of the Kobryn District Executive Committee was attended by his father Ales Mekh, who had the power of attorney for it.

Deputy Chairman of the commission Aliaksandr Kananchuk threatened that
in the case Anton decided to evade from coming to the commission's hearing he could be detained on the border on his return to Poland after the Christmas holidays.

The hearing was attended by the police witnesses from Svislach Yury Sadouski and Dzianis Pauliuchenia. The commission viewed the video shooting of the memorial event, listening to the comments of the Svislach policemen, who argued that it was an unauthorized mass event.

Ales Mekh explained that participants of the commemoration didn't intend to hold a mass event in Svislach. They just proceeded from one monument to another by
sidewalks.

The commission found Anton Mekh guilty of committing an administrative offense - participation in an unauthorized mass event, and punished him with a warning.

Let us remind that earlier Ales Mekh had been sentenced to a fine for participation in the memorial event in Svislach as well.
