Andrei Tychyna charged with porno peddling

Police of Salihorsk formal charged with the porno materials peddling the local activist of the Young Front Andrei Tychyna. One of the episodes of the case was the discovery of the video clip of popular Belarusian band "Boy’s Broken Heart" (Разбітае Сэрца Пацана) on the song "Wall-E" on Tychyna’s page in the social network.
Local human rights activists have already announced information about this case in September. After appearing of political leaflets, anti-war graffiti, Ukrainian and white-red-white flags and other art-actions in the capital of the miners, in the apartments of the local opposition was a series of searches. There were searches in the apartments of local activists Andrei Tychyna and Ivan Shyla. They allegedly came to find pornography but as a result confiscatrd opposition campaign materials and computer equipment.
As it turned out, policemen decided to accomplish the porno-case. Last week, the investigator Alexander Harhun got acquainted Andrei Tychyna with a criminal case under article 343, part 2, of the Criminal Code. A young man accused of porno materials peddling using the World Wide Web. Expert committee found elements of pornography in four humorous videos on the page of a young man in the social network VKontakte. One of those videos is a quite popular in the network video of Belarusian band "Boy’s Broken Heart " (Разбітае Сэрца Пацана) on the song "Wall-E". Another activist of the Young Front Ivan Shyla is a witness in this case.
It should be noted that, there were no evidences of their guilt in computers and mobile devices of young men. The investigation also didn’t find pornography in confiscated from Andrei Tychyna badges and products of the old election campaign with symbolic of presidential candidate Uladzimir Niakliaeu.
The Yong Front activist considers attempts to make him porno-disseminator for posting humorous video on his private page absurd. According to Andrei, authorities are trying to revenge for daring actions in the capital of the miners, bring down the degree of youth activities in the city and spread fear in the protest youth environment on the eve of presidential elections.
