Brest region expresses solidarity with political prisoners (Photo)

Four cities of Brest region - Brest, Biaroza, Zhabinka, Kobryn held acts of solidarity with political prisoners on November 16. Banners with inscription: "Freedom to political prisoners!", as well as posters with portrait of ex-presidential candidate Makhalai Statkevich with information about him and that he was sentenced to 6 years in prison for setting the at defiance the present regime, appeared in different public places of the city.

Organizers are sure that this support is important to the political prisoners, their families, and whole society in general. According to them, the posters were useful especially for those who are users only of the state media.
