Lyudmila Kuchura, seeking punishment for the torture of her husband in the Penal Colony #15, after a year of correspondence with the Department of the Investigative Committee of Mogilev suddenly turned aside as investigators began to ignore complaints, refusing to recognize her as an applicant.

This confirms the refusal from the Mogilev interdistrict department of the Investigative Committee to the statement of the convict's wife in which she asked for access to the materials of the expert review of the poisoning of her husband by the clorine in Mogilev penal colony #15.

It should be pointed out that a senior investigator Skavarodkin repeatedly refused to initiate a criminal case against the administration of PC-15, explaining his decision in the absence of the violation in their actions under the Article 426 of the Criminal Code "Abuse of power or authority." He reported this directly to Lyudmila Mikhailauna, who persevering tried to initiate medical examination to determine the effects of poisoning in the body of her husband. Apparently, this insistence was the reason for investigating body to stop correspondence with the wife of the convicted. Lyudmila Kuchura no longer receives replies to her complaints from this September and gets news only from her husband.
"My husband received a reply from the Mogilev interdistrict department of the Investigative Committee, to which was attached a decision not to initiate criminal proceedings that was signed by the senior investigator Skavarodkin, who writes that the fact of poisoning have not been established and there are no evidences for initiating a criminal case against the administration of the PC-15. Although, as you know, in the decision on the initiating of amedical expert review, he writes that the fact of poisoning set and expertise was initiated under a criminal case. But to continue to appeal this decision, it is necessary to study the material of the expert review. That’s why both of us, me and my husband filed appeals with the Administration of the Investigative Committee the Mogilev region, in which we ask to be allowed to examine these materials "- tells Lyudmila Kuchura.
And finally she received a response to her appeal from October 6,2014, signed by Klopau Anrey Ivanavich the head of the Mogilev interdistrict department of the Investigative Committee, who refused her access to the materials, referring to the fact that the expert review was carried out under the request of her husband.
Lyudmila has prepared a complaint to the regional prosecutor of violation of her rights in refusing her getting acquainted with the materials of the expert review, as well as to the head of Administration of the Investigative Committee the Mogilev region with the same request for access to the materials. "I think all this happens because in our country, the civil servants cover others civil servants. It’s impossible to find the truth. But they understand that I’m not going to stop, even in such a situation. And in order not to wake the beast in me, they decided to just ignore me, "- she says.
In a recent telephone conversation with the wife Peter Kuchura reiterated that there weren’t conducted any medical examination on August 21 (in spite of the decision of the prosecutor of the Mogilev region indicating inspect the convicted person). Meanwhile, the expert’s conclusion from August 21 exists.
