But to continue to appeal this decision, it is necessary to study the material of the expert review. That’s why both of us, me and my husband filed appeals with the Administration of the Investigative Committee the Mogilev region, in which we ask to be allowed to examine these materials "- tells Lyudmila Kuchura.
And finally she received a response to her appeal from October 6,2014, signed by Klopau Anrey Ivanavich the head of the Mogilev interdistrict department of the Investigative Committee, who refused her access to the materials, referring to the fact that the expert review was carried out under the request of her husband.
Lyudmila has prepared a complaint to the regional prosecutor of violation of her rights in refusing her getting acquainted with the materials of the expert review, as well as to the head of Administration of the Investigative Committee the Mogilev region with the same request for access to the materials. "I think all this happens because in our country, the civil servants cover others civil servants. It’s impossible to find the truth.
