Acting Chief of the Savetski District Police Department of Minsk, police colonel P. Siamizhen reported to Homel resident Yury Rybtsou that the "item of clothing that has an inscription of a political nature and had been seized by police”, was returned to him along with other things right after his release from the detention center in Minsk.

It is
quite interesting that a month ago, the previous acting head of the Savetski District Police Department M.Hamola answered the activist's demand to be returned his T-shirt with the statement that "it was definitely established that the item of clothing, seized by police on April 26, 2014, was passed to You in presence of witnesses after your release from the detention center, but You flatly refused to take it".

Having the two mutually exclusive answers, "
Man-shirt" as he was aptly nicknamed by journalists, has applied to the Savetski District Prosecutor's Office of Minsk. "Taking into account the "verbiage" of the police officials, he requires the prosecutor's office to conduct a prosecutorial examination and explain him the reasons for which the T-shirt was confiscated, as a result of which he was taken to the administrative trial stripped to the waist.

Bear in mind that Mr. Rubtsou was detaine
d during the “Chernobyl Way” rally on April 26, 2014. April 28, he was taking to the court without T-shirt, and was sentenced to 25 days of arrest.
