Natallia Bordak must pay the fine that was earlier cancelled.
The Niasvizh district court ruled that the activist must pay a fine for her poster “No to Putin's war with Ukraine”. Charter97.org learnt it from the press service of the organising committee to create the Belarusian Christian Democracy party.
On June 24, the Minsk city court overturned the decision of the Niasvizh district court against activist of the BCD organisng committee Natallia Bordak. Her case was sent back to the district court for a new fourth consideration. On August 15, judge Hvozdz found Natallia Bordak guilty of organising a picket and issued her a fine of 3,750,000 rubles. Natallia Bordak has 10 days to appeal against the decision.
