According to Mr. Kastusiou, he had to appeal to the prosecutor's office as far as the Shklou officials have not given any response to his two written proposals to the chairman of the Shklou DEC Aliaksandr Boyka.
"I twice addressed to the chairman of the Shklou District Executive Committee Aliaksandr Boyka with proposals on behalf of the civil initiative" Shklou Magistrate" to put a plate with information about important historical events in Shklou on the building of the town hall,” says Ryhor Kastusiou. I personally sent these written proposals to Mr. Aliaksandr Boyka twice - April 25, 2014 and June 16, 2014. I still haven't received any response, which is a flagrant violation of the Law on applications of citizens by the officials.
August 11th I went had an audience with the district prosecutor Dzmitry Liancheuski and passed him a written statement asking the prosecutor's office to find whether such actions of the Shklou DEC correspond to the Belarusian legislation."
August 11, Ryhor Kastusiou also passed a written appeal to the head of the Mahiliou Region Executive Committee Piatro Rudnik with the proposal to put a plate with the historical information on the building of the Shklou city hall, and the proposal to initiate the establishment of a free economic zone on the territory of the Shklou district. In this appeal he informs Piatro Rudnik that he has twice applied to the Shklou DEC concerning this issue, but hasn't received any response from this government agency.
