The results of counting of votes for each type of voting should be announced separately, says a response received by Biaroza observers from Chairperson of the Central Election Commission Lidziya Yarmoshyna.

According to the CEC head, a separate vote count should be arranged for early voting ballot boxes, mobile voting and election day. And the commission heads should announce separate results for each type of voting. The response refers to paragraphs 2.1-2.3 of "Stage 2" section of subparagraph 9.2 of paragraph 9 of the Guidelines for the members of the precinct election commissions for elections of local councils of deputies of the twenty seventh convocation, approved by the Resolution of the Central Commission on December 17, 2013.

However, from experience we know that commission chairpersons often explain this procedure as follows, "We have counted separately, and now we will announce the overall result." According to observer Siarhei Rusetski, the CEC’s can be a laissez-passer during the vote count.
