On March 17, an observer Ms. Razumava was denied accreditation at polling station No. 12 in Rahachou.
The Commission Chairperson Ms. Yafimava referred to the fact that in addition to the extract from the minutes of the governing body who nominated the observer, she should have provided a certificate from the District Election Commission.
This requirement is not stipulated by the Electoral Code, therefore the observer sent a complaint against the Chairperson of the Commission.
