Ideology officials in Orsha ban radio performance by critical candidate

The recording was made on February 25 and was expected to be aired today. However, local ideology officials opposed it over a paragraph of the speech by candidate Mikalai Dziamidau.

In particular, the officials disliked the following words:

“You can see well corruption and thefts growing in the region today, there have been cases of pedophilia, a bridge over the Dnieper was destroyed, the quality of drinking water barely improved. All this became possible when over inaction of the power and with the acquiescence of the local councils who do not notice these problems.”
