Prison administration shoot Ihar Alinevich's meeting with his parents on video

The administration of the Navapolatsk penal colony recorded the recent short-term meeting of political prisoner Ihar Alinevich on video and audio.

This novelty was reported by his mother, Valiantsina Alinevich, on her return to Minsk.

“Ihar said that this time he was notified that he knew that our meeting was recorded on audio and video, which is something new in our situation. Of course, every hour and every day in the prison doesn't add anything good to him, but he keeps quite bravely.”

Valiantsina Alinevich noted that recently her son has faced a lack of information, he began to receive much less newspapers. He is also not allowed to phone home. He made his last call in October 2013.
