May 29, 2012 Pershamaiski District Court of Minsk sentenced Vasil Parfiankou to six months of arrest under Art. 421 of the Criminal Code (breach of prophylactic supervision set by the court).
December 5, 2013 Pershamaiski District Court of Minsk sentenced Basil Parfiankou to one year of imprisonment in a maximum-security penal colony, for another violation of Art. 421 of the Criminal Code.
At present Mr. Parfiankou is held in Zhodina colony. According to preliminary information, he will be transferred to Horki colony.
The appeal against the verdict will be considered by Minsk City Court, January 28, at 10.00 a.m.
