Mikalai Dziadok continues applying to the Supreme Court

The father of the
political prisoner, Aliaksandr Dziadok, told the last news about his
son.
“He writes that everything is alright with him, he is
in a good health and mood. He prepares another review appeal to the
chairman of the Supreme Court. He wants to pass all national court
instances, from first to last. He will again appeal the verdict in
his case. The order of appealing includes cassation and review
appeals. He has passed almost all review instances, only the chairman
of the Supreme Court is left. The son is trying to apply to him, on
order to have the legal right to apply to the international court
instances in the case of a negative reply.”
The activist of
the anarchist movement Mikalai Dziadok was sentenced to 4 years of
imprisonment for involvement in attacks on official buildings. He
pleaded not guilty. Together with him, convicted were Ihar Alinevich
(8 years) and Aliaksandr Frantskevich (3 years). Aliaksandr
Frantskevich was released in the beginning of September. “The son
has written about receiving a letter from Frantskevich. Earlier, when
the both of them were kept in prisons, they were considered to be
associates and any correspondence between them was prohibited,”
explained Aliaksandr Dziadok.
Mikalai Dziadok is serving his
term in the cell-type prison in Mahiliou, where political prisoner
Mikalai Statkevich is kept.
