“Young Front” activist Uladzimir Yaromenak to be tried on 19 August

"Yesterday
afternoon I got a call from the Pershamaiski District Court of Minsk
and was asked to come there to pick up a resolution on the
appointment of the trial. Together with the decision I was handed a
summons with the date and time of the hearing, and was warned that in
case of my failure to
appear in court the measure of restraint will
be changed for me," said the
activist.
The
trial will be held at 2.30 p.m. on 19 August in Talbukhin Street, 9.
Bear in mind that the “Young Front” activist Uladzimir
Yaromenak is charged under Article 421 of the Criminal Code, for
alleged violation of the regime of preventive supervision,
established after this release from jail, where he was kept for
political reasons.
