Slonim: more than 800 signatures collected in support of medic Ivan Sheha

Civic activists are actively collecting signatures in favor of letting the Slonim trauma surgeon Ivan Sheha continue his work. At present they have more than 800 signatures, but plan to collect much more.

Bear in mind that Ivan Sheha worked in the Slonim district hospital for more than 30 years. An experienced medic, specialist of the highest category, well-known among residents of the Slonim disttrict, Ivan Sheha is full of strength and energy and is eager to continue to work, even though that he turned 60 years old on 25 March. However, the chief physician of the Slonim Central Hospital initially extended his contract for one year and then suddenly cancelled it, though there is a deficit of medics of almost all specialities in Slonim.

The appeals with signatures will be filed to the Slonim District Executive Committe, the Hrodna Regional Executive Committee, the Ministry of Health Care and teh Presidential Administration.
