The Baranavichy entrepreneur and civil activist Mikalai Charnavus filed a letter with 81 signatures of villagers to the Soviet of Ministers and the Brest Region Executive Committee.

"The routes of the public transport of Baranavichy don't reach the village, though it became a part of the city long ago. As a result, ill people and children going to coteries have difficulties getting home. This question has been repeatedly raised before the authorities of different levels, but to no effect," argues Mr. Charnavus.

That's why he asks the Soviet of Ministers and the Brest Region Executive Committee to extend the route of bus #1 to the village of Rusiny in order to provide a good transport communication between the village and the remaining part of the city. The applicant and the signers also ask the authorities to allow the children who go to coteries of optional education institutions travel free of charge.
