Greetings action in support of political prisoners. Join!
On the eve of Christmas and New Year Hrodna human
rights defenders and "Young Front" activists remind about
the political prisoners who are waiting for words of support.
As
said to Radio
"Racyja" by the representative of the Belarusian
Helsinki Committee in the Hrodna region Raman Yurhel, it is necessary
to remind people about the existence of political prisoners, who are
waiting to be freed.
"It is very important to morally
support them, as prisons are not health resorts. That's why every
letter, every postcard matters. Our political prisoners must know
that they are supported, they are not forgotten by civil activists,
electors and ordinary citizens. It is very important to send
postcards not only on the occasion of the Human Rights Day, but also
on the occasion of the New Year and other holidays.

"Young Front" activists have launched a greetings action in
support of political prisoners. Well-known public figures of the
