Orsha: the returned computer is broken

Several days ago the Orsha City Department of the Investigative Committee returned to the editor of the independent website orsha.eu Ihar Kazmerchak the computer and the memory sticks confiscated from him during a search on 17 July.

The reason for the confiscation was the suspicion that orsha.eu allegedly contained a link to another web-resource featuring, among other things, pornographic materials. This version was not confirmed by the expertise which lasted for 5 months.

The computer was returned to Mr. Kazmerchak. However, as he found out, it was out of order – the owner cannot turn it on. The cost of the repairs is not known so far.
