This time the it
concerns the excavator operator Leanid Dubanosau, a member of the
Independent Trade Union. The administration of the Mikashevichy-based
state enterprise demands that he refused from paying the membership
fees for the independent trade union through the accounting
department.
Representatives of the administration promised to
find some grounds to annul Dubanosau's labor contract unless he
refused from membership in the trade union. It's worth mentioning
that Leanid has been working at “Granit” for more than ten years
already and has had no admonitions from the administration till late,
whereas now he gets them everyday. Mr. Dubanosau links it to his
participation in the local branch of the Belarusian Independent Trade
Union.
