The election commission of Minsk-based polling station No. 396 (constituency No. 102) expelled observer Viktar Bury, after he attempted to submit a complaint against the election officials.
According to Viktar Bury, the official voter turnout results were overstated by 34 points.
Two more observers Viktoryia Buraya and Anastasia Akhobina registered at polling station No. 397 (located in the same building) were also forced to leave the premises, after they tried to report rigged voter turnout results to the constituency election commission.
