Yulia Balakir, observer representing the Conservative Christian Party “Belarusian Popular Front”, says she witnessed coercion to early vote at polling station No. 5 in Slutsk-based constituency No. 67.
According to the observer, a worker of local mobile mechanical division who did not have his passport on him said he could have problems at work. “We have been excused from work an hour later. They said we all must vote today, or we all will get fired,” said the worker.
