Zmitser Shurkhai, activist of the Belarusian Christian Democracy, was detained last evening at Brest central bus station.
The activist was taken to the police station and released two hours later. The police seized some 5,000 leaflets of an election boycott campaign. According to the policemen, the fliers will be destroyed, as they do not bear any output data.
