Aliaksandr Artsybashau, activist of the Tell the Truth civil campaign, has been detained this afternoon outside his house in Minsk.
The activist has been taken to Kastrychnitski District Police Department.
Earlier today, Minsk police detained another member of the opposition movement Pavel Vinahradau.
