Volha Kavalkova received a warning for
using white-red-white flag at an electoral picket.
The BCD activist was declared guilty of using
"unregistered symbols" during a rally – the white-red-white flag.
This decision is unprecedented, because during previous campaigns (including
the current) there were no such warnings, and people standing under absolutely
different flags, writes bchd.info.
Volha Kavalkova was also accused of the absence of agitation for her and her
electoral program during the action. In fact, her program (including the
release of political prisoners) was present at the picket.
