Human rights defender Uladzimir Vialichkin, Brest.
Human rights defender Uladzimir Vialichkin, registered as observer in constituency election commission No. 2, has lodged a lawsuit with the Judicial Chamber for Civil Cases of Brest Regional Court, demanding to reverse an earlier ruling by Brest Maskouski District Court.
Uladzimir Vialichkin urges the Court to allow him exercising his functions as an observer. In particular, the human rights defender was not allowed observing signature verification and seeing the candidate’s nomination papers.
