Yanina Liasneuskaya, activist of the civil campaign "Our House"
Judge Iryna Smaliakova of Vitsebsk Regional Court has dismissed an appeal by Mrs. Yanina Liasneuskaya, activist of the Nash Dom civil campaign, against a ruling by Orsha court of 31 July.
In her appeal, Mrs. Liasneuskaya argued that, despite the fact the court dropped charges against her, the ruling failed to prove the activist’s innocence. The activist urged the court to review the case and confirm absence of offence in her actions.
