Minsk City Court left unchanged the verdict of the
Kastrychnitski District Court of Minsk concerning the administrative case
against Ruslan Nevar who refused from dactylography because of his religious
views. The case was considered by Judge Siarhei Khrypach.
On 6 April the Kastrychnitski District Court of Minsk fined Ruslan Nevar 4 million
rubles for insubordination to a legal demand of a police officer (Article 23.4
of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Judge Maksim Lapko ignored numerous
violations, committed by the police during the composition of the violation
report.
Now Ruslan Nevar intends to appeal the unlawful verdict to a higher court.
