The court of the Smaliavichy district heard an administrative case against activists of "Tell the Truth" civil campaign.

Andrei Dzmitryieu and Mikhail Pashkevich were accused of violating the rules of holding mass events. The accused organized a meeting of summer houses owners in the Smaliavichy district on 10 March. They protested against the construction of a Chinese-Belarusian industrial park on the territory of nearby villages, “Nasha Niva” newspaper writes.

Judge Alena Misnik sentenced Andrei Dzmitryieu and Mikhail Pashkevich to 10 days of arrest.

Bear in mind that a number of activists were detained after a meeting of the head of the Smalyavichy district executive committee and summer residents on 12 April 2012. Dzmitryieu and Pashkevich were among the detainees.
