Baranavichy entrepreneur Mikalai Charnavus
On 5 April Baranavichy-based entrepreneur Mikalai
Charnavus received an answer from the Baranavichy City Court.
Judge T.Zhukava refused to instigate a case concerning illegality of the
re-election of the Board of the central market of Baranavichy, stating that it
was beyond the powers of Baranavichy City Court.
She explained that Mr. Charnavus needs to apply to Brest Regional Economical Court with his
appeal. The state application fee is quite high, that's why the entrepreneur
has to decide whether to take this step.
