Minsk activists Mikhail Narushevich and Zmitser Pshenik have been fined BYR 70,000 each by the city’s Pershamaiski District Court this morning for attempting to hoist a white-red-white flag back on 25 March.
Judge Yury Harbatouski found them guilty of staging an unsanctioned mass event.
The activists had to spend the night in a detention center.
