Rahachou activist Dzianis Dashkevich has been charged with allegedly libeling head of local district administration Mr. Viktar Banchuk.
The activist is said to have reported on the official’s detention for drunk driving on the web-site www.vrogacheve.ru.
According to Dzianis Dashkevich, he did not post the report, but simply commented on it.
