Ministry of Justice freezes registration of Belarusian Christian Democracy

On 11 January the Belarusian Christian Democracy
received a letter from the Ministry of Justice, in which it was stated that the
ministry suspended the process of registration of the party.
BCD decided to hold a press-conference dedicated to the suspension of the
registration process and pressurization of BCD activists.
The event will take place on at 11
a.m. on 13 January in Charnysheuski Street, 3-39 in Minsk. BCD leaders Vital Rymasheuski and
Dzianis Sadouski will take part in it, as well as a number of activists who
were subject to pressurization.
