On 28 November, Homel Chyhunachny District Court convicted participants of the 8 October People’s Assembly of involvement in an illegal mass event.
Valery Khamutouski has been fined BYR 175,000, Illia Mironau – BYR 700,000, Vasil Takarenka – BYR 1,050,000, Mrs. Ksenia Yaraslautsava – BYR 700,000.
Another participant of the event Dzmitry Karashkou is yet to stand trial on the same charges.
