Both trials will be held in the Partyzanski district court of Minsk.
Suit of the taxation office to recover the allegedly unpaid tax and penalty will be heard at 10 am. Stefanovich learnt about the second trial only on Wednesday, Euroradio reports.
On November 23, the Partyzanski district court of Minsk began to consider the appeal by the human rights activist regarding the penalty for unpaid taxes that taxation office wants him to pay. The court postponed the examination of the appeal until 11:30 am December 2.
Valyantsin Stefanovich says he does not know the reasons for the delay. He thinks the court decided to simplify its problems. If Stefanovich is found guilty at the first trial, the judge of the second trial may refer to this decision.
