On 14 September Dzmitry Novik, a figurant of the
criminal case concerning the events of 19 December 2010, was released by
Lukashenka's pardon decree.
On 5 October 2011 he received a telephone call from police captain Vital
Pliashko, who asked him to come to the city police department for registration.
