On 27 September, Mahiliou police detained an unidentified local activist of the “Speak the Truth” civil campaign, www.belaruspartisan.org reports.
The activist was reportedly detained for distributing leaflets. He was taken to the nearest police station and released without charges 3 hours later. However, he may face administrative charges in the near future.
