The European Union will adhere to its principles and insist on full rehabilitation of all Belarusian political prisoners.
All political prisoners must be rehabilitated before the start of any talks with official Minsk.
This statement was made at a meeting with journalists in Warsaw on September 26 by Radoslaw Sikorski, the foreign minister of Poland, the country holding the EU presidency, BelaPAN reports.
