BCD activist Vaskovich threatened with another criminal case

Yauhen Vaskovich, member of the organizing committee of the Belarusian Christian Democracy, is facing one more criminal prosecution for alleged disobeying the penal colony’s inner regulations, the BCD press-service reports, quoting the wife of another convict in so called “anarchists’ case” Mikalai Dziadok, Valerya Khotsina.

“He has not been allowed to see his family and receiving food parcels. He told us he was charged under Article 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobeying of the colony administration’s orders)”, says Mrs. Khotsina.

Yauhen Vaskovich was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment in a middle-security penal colony for alleged arson of the KGB Babruisk building.
