The administrative case of Viktar Masalovich and Viktar Kachan, reporters of the Babruiski kurier independent newspaper, is going to be reheard, as ruled by Mahiliou Regional Court, European Radio for Belarus reports.
The journalists were fined BYR 175,000 each for alleged involvement in a “silent protest” on 7 July.
