Baranavichy town executive authorities are still unable to indicate the authorized location for holding pickets and protests, local human rights defenders report.
Having received three bans on pickets, civil activists Siarhei Housha, Viktar Syrytsa, Ryhor Hryk and Viachaslau Bolbat have addressed the town executive committee with a joint appeal, demanding to indicate the exact location for staging pickets.
