Svetlahorsk resident Telman Masliukou has received a reply to his petition to vary the preventive measure imposed on Ales Bialiatski.
“There are no grounds for varying the selected preventive measure, i.e. detention”, says the official letter signed by investigator of the financial department of the State Control Committee Mrs. Kasynkina.
Meanwhile, human rights defenders are going to go on campaigning for the release of Viasna’s leader, despite the refusal by the investigation.
